Service Description

As a facilitator, I come into an organization with materials that I have written specifically for the group or I am provided curriculum design for the organization. Once I am contacted, I come into the organization and speak with management to find out the learning objects for staff. We will discuss time frames and number staff trainings needed. I will look at the learning objects and how we know the objects have been met. Beside s and evaluation I may administer a pre-test and Post-test. I have written workshops for the following: • Insurance Companies looking to increase customer service. • The Department of Corrections; for the incarcerated men and women that are reentering after incarceration. • Employment Security for people looking to change careers • Seattle Urban League for staff members • POCAAN for clients and staff learning to implement a new program, as a learning organization • YWCA teaching clients Budgeting, Time Management • Seattle Vocational Institute, Staff Development • The Peoples Institute Case Management Training
