As a facilitator, I come into an organization with materials that I have written specifically for the group or I am provide curriculum design for the organization.  

Once I am contacted, I come into the organization and speak with management to find out the learning objects for staff.  We will discuss time frames and the number of staff training needed.  

I will look at the learning objects and how we know the objects have been met.  Besides evaluation, I may administer a pre-test and Post-test.
